Navigation data

During the website navigation, information systems and software procedures that help the website in functioning collect some data about Users and transfer them to the servers and third parties that are involved.

Collected data are not associated with personal data of individuals, however this could happen if such data is enriched with data owned by third parties and allow identification.

Collected data is used with the only purpose of providing anonymous statistics about website views and usage, and control its proper functioning. Data are deleted immediately upon termination of elaborations. In case of cyber security attacks to the website, collected data can be used for identifying responsible attackers.

Data provided by users

The explicit and voluntary contacting to the addresses listed on the website implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender's information needed to respond to user requests, and any other personal data eventually inserted in the message.

In addition, the e-mail provided by the user during registration to the website, will be used by the owner for the promotion of services similar to those to which the user has subscribed, to send to the User promotional material related only to those goods or services, or for carrying out market researches or commercial communications.

Data provisioning

In addition to the data provided during navigation, the User is free to provide the personal information requested in the form of various services on the web site (e.g. Registration portal, mailing lists, etc.). The absence of this information may make it impossible to fulfill the service provisioning (e.g. service billing) and therefore blocks such Users.

The provision and recording of personal data is done only upon explicit consent given by Users during the registration process or mailing list subscription for the purposes mentioned above.

Processing methods

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. ("Google"), in order to improve the its usability and communication with users, estimate the degree of internationalization of the users, promote institutional activities, and customize and analyze the various types of users. Google may transfer the collected data to third parties, according to its obligations with law. Data are collected for the sole purposes described above and will never be sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
